The PSILO-QTest takes place in four simple steps:

• Preparation: Crush dried mushroom material and mix well. Then weigh out 150 mg of starting material.
• Extraction: Weighed starting material into the supplied extraction liquid give
• Detection: Take up the extraction liquid and add it to the detection solution.
• Evaluation: Have the color complex developed and evaluate it using an evaluation scale
