Commitment to Accessibility

Accessibility Statement

Mathias Radden / DieBallerei.de is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the legal requirements for digital accessibility. The basis for this is, in particular, the Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Act (BGG), the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0), and, from June 28, 2025, the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).

Status of Compliance with the Requirements

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of the BITV 2.0 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 – Conformance Level AA. We are continuously working to improve digital accessibility.

Non-Accessible Content

The following content or functions are currently not fully accessible:

  • Not all images have alternative text.

  • Some forms and interactive elements cannot be fully operated using a keyboard.

  • Some PDF documents do not fully meet accessibility requirements.

  • Some color combinations have insufficient contrast.

We are working to eliminate these barriers step by step.

Preparation of This Statement

This statement was prepared on June 25, 2025 and last updated on June 25, 2025. It was based on an internal review using samples.
