Shipping and payment terms

1. Payment options
   For deliveries within Germany, we offer you various payment options. Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description in the offer, you can choose from the following options:

• Prepayment by bank transfer
• Payment via Paypal
• Payment by Click & Collect
• Payment via Klarna

2. Shipping
   We ship our items depending on the product type and size as letter mail, DHL package, DPD package (especially for low-priced items), or UPS Express package.
   After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a link to the shipment tracking.
   

If you agree during the ordering process to the forwarding of your email address to the shipping service provider, you will receive all relevant information regarding your delivery directly from DHL by email. 3. Delivery Times
   The delivery time varies depending on the availability of the item and your chosen payment method.

We only process your order after receipt of your payment in our account.

We ship the products as soon as all items are available in stock. If you order several items with different delivery times in one order, they will (unless otherwise agreed) be shipped in one combined shipment. In this case, the delivery time of the item with the longest specified delivery time applies to your entire order. We carry out shipping from Monday to Friday.

Delivery times may vary depending on the item, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Important: Please note that express deliveries are only possible for items with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. Express shipments are sent from Monday to Friday by 12 noon at the latest. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Express shipments are delivered only on days from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, express delivery is excluded on Saturdays.

Note: We use UPS & DHL for express deliveries. Unfortunately, delivery to Packstations is not possible.

Payment by advance transfer

The period for payment by advance transfer begins one day after the payment order is given to the transferring credit institution. It ends on the last day of the specified period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) is used as the replacement day.

All other payment methods

The period begins the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends on the last day of the specified period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) is considered the replacement day.

For shipping to countries outside the EU, the customer bears all applicable customs duties as well as any export and import fees.
